ISLAMABAD – Foreign Office (FO) has written a letter to British Government, on Friday, regarding the report published on British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) about India’s involvement in Pakistan via Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM).
According to sources, the letter has written to British government in order to clarify the allegations put on MQM in the report.
The said letter was written after the approval of Interior Ministry of Pakistan, said Foreign Office.
Earlier, BBC issued a report two days ago claiming that MQM, the political party of Pakistan, has been taking Indian funding and training to operate in Pakistan.
According to report of BBC, MQM refused commenting on allegations when asked about the dogma of Indian funding to MQM.
However, India set the allegations as baseless, and stated that bad governance cannot be get away by putting allegations on neighbors.
In a recent development, Foreign Office Pakistan has written the letter to British government to investigate the matter and clears its position regarding report published in BBC.
